Kathy Doores
MSN, CRNA
Owner & Injector of Elizabeth Grace Aesthetics
Kathy is a St. Louis native who graduated from Millikin University with her BSN in 2000. After working as an Emergency Room RN for two years, she moved to York, PA to begin a new adventure with her husband Brent. Two years as an operating room RN and 1 year in open heart ICU prepared her for anesthesia school at Drexel University, obtaining her Master’s Degree in Nursing in 2008. Going on 17 years as a Nurse Anesthesiologist (CRNA) providing care to patients undergoing all types of surgery. Kathy is now using her critical thinking knowledge and hands on skills in the world of aesthetics.

Dara Santos
PA-C
Mobile Injector
Dara brings 12 years of experience to the practice as a board - certified Physician Assistant (PA-C). She graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Lycoming College. She then pursued a Master of Science in Exercise Physiology at Bloomsburg University and later completed her second master’s degree in Physician Assistant studies from Lock Haven University. She is a certified cosmetic injector and focuses on neurotoxin injections to help you feel refreshed, rejuvenated, and looking your absolute best.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, as well as their family dog Cabo.
